I had Aaron’s Custom Plumbing replace a Mr. Steam for our steam shower. They were highly recommended by local distributor and I’m so glad I called them. Aaron answered my first call and we discussed the job. He was so quick to get my quote and had me scheduled the very next week. Sergio and his work partner showed up at the very top of the scheduled window and got to work quickly. They both had a great can do attitude and were very kind and respectful. They completed the job and cleaned up so well that you wouldn’t have known they were there. I am so appreciative for Aaron’s Custom plumbing and would highly recommend their services.

Ivan the Plumber showed up on time was very efficient, knowledgeable, competent and fast - He took care of the repair I needed and the pricing was made transparent prior to the appointment so I knew what to expect. Perhaps it’s not the cheapest rate around - but you get what you pay for :)

Bryan and Ivan did an amazing job! We had a pipe burst in one of our walls and they solved the problem quickly, professionally, and courteously. They communicated very clearly, including their arrival window, when they were en route, and explaining exactly what they were going to do when they arrived. Loved that when I initially called, it was actually Aaron who answered the phone. Scheduling was easy and he stuck to his quoted price even though a few other snags popped up. When our combo water heater/radiant heat pump died we wanted to switch from a propane to an electric combi unit. Three companies told us it wasn't possible or feasible. Aaron worked with us to make it happen. He and his workers did beautiful work, and charged less than the other companies' quotes. They left the mechanical room and its surrounding area cleaner than how they found it! We're fans.

We have a very complex system with multiple boilers, radiant heat etc. Rama with Aaron's always knows exactly what to do and does it quickly and at a very fair price. We've always know we are getting a perfect repair and have been very happy with work we've had done.

Aaron's plumbing replaced our main water line which was 30+ years old and leaking in multiple places. They were able to get out quickly. Got the job done efficiently and did a great job at a very fair price. I highly recommend them. Aarons’ guys were supposed to show up between 1:00 and 3:00 pm. They rang the doorbell at 12:30. This was after us calling I don’t know how many plumbers “recommended,” and getting not one call-back. So: Sergio came in, and we took him about, showing the little job here, the little job there. Back to the kitchen sink and its old, wonky fixture. According to Sergio, “No problem.” While he was detaching the old fixture, his sidekick was out at the supply place picking up the new fixture. That fixture went in straightaway. We did not expect anything to actually get done. (Actually, we were surprised to see us scheduled into the queue.) In a remarkably brief period of time, we actually had one of our jobs fully completed! Felt like we were in an Alternate Universe, the one you grew up in, the one where things actually get done. So, will we have Aarons/Sergio back to do the shower fixture? The two bathrooms and their three fixtures? Ya, you betcha.

In the residential contracting world, communication with the client is essential and these guys have that end figured out. And... they fixed everything perfectly!

Problem solved within the same day. They could have easily taken advantage of me by replacing the whole mechanism but instead problem solved within am 11.00 part. ❤️

After careful testing, it was determined that there was a failure of a part in the boiler. Navian sent a replacement part, which was installed as soon as was possible. The system should be functioning to heat the house now.

There was a small leak in one of the pipes over a year after installation. They came back out the day I noticed it and fixed it, as well as all of the damage free of charge.

Rama is the man! Called Aaron’s Custom Plumbing after finding a pinhole leak behind a wall. Spoke to Aaron and they fit me in same day. Rama arrived (super guy) replaced the elbow joint culprit in no time flat. Besides being a great and thorough plumber he’s super knowledgeable and was more than willing to share his knowledge while working. I’m a committed customer for life.

The expansion tank on our water heater had begun leaking so I called a couple of plumbers who couldn't come for at least a month. When I call Aaron's, he picked up the phone and said he'd come the next day. What a surprise! Rama was our point man and he had brought a new tank with him. We tested the pressure on the system at the faucet outside and realized our pressure was up too 100%, whereas the norm is 50 or 60. So we checked the pressure valve inside and it was obviously not working properly, so we replaced that. Aaron brought the parts right away. Then Rama noticed the blowout valve on the water tank was set up wrong and suggested re-routed it outside. Everything was done perfectly and Rama cleaned up as well. We definitely would call Aaron's Custom Plumbing again.

I highly recommend Aaron's Custom Plumbing. I was somewhat nervous about replacing a large carbon filter in our whole house water filtration system. Aaron put me at ease, did a great job and made it look easy. We subsequently had Aaron out to flush the boiler system for the radiant floor heating, and to change the two smaller filters in the whole house water filtration system. Again, a very positive experience. Anything to do with water, leaks, etc., can be a major ordeal so it's important (to me) to work with someone I can communicate with and who knows what they're doing - for us, that's Aaron.

Aaron helped me with plumbing a casita remodel; he is prompt, professional and a great communicator. I am a fairly new homeowner and do not have a lot of experience working with contractors. Aaron came and revamped our entire radiant floor heating, which was a complex system as it interfaces with both solar and propane heating, and had not been flushed and renewed for 20+ years. He also installed a water filtration system for our drinking water. He was careful, completely professional and thorough. He came when he said he would, and was utterly respectful of our space, parameters and privacy. Though his pricing seemed high at the time, we have blessed him many times since, as the quality of his work was unparalleled, and no other plumber had been able to touch it. He wasn't daunted by the complexity, and now it's all working better than it has for 15+ years. I can't recommend him more highly.
