I had Aaron’s Custom Plumbing replace a Mr. Steam for our steam shower. They were highly recommended by local distributor and I’m so glad I called them. Aaron answered my first call and we discussed the job. He was so quick to get my quote and had me scheduled the very next week. When our combo water heater/radiant heat pump died we wanted to switch from a propane to an electric combi unit. Three companies told us it wasn't possible or feasible. Aaron worked with us to make it happen. He and his workers did beautiful work, and charged less than the other companies' quotes. They left the mechanical room and its surrounding area cleaner than how they found it! We're fans.

Aarons’ guys were supposed to show up between 1:00 and 3:00 pm. They rang the doorbell at 12:30. This was after us calling I don’t know how many plumbers “recommended,” and getting not one call-back. So: Sergio came in, and we took him about, showing the little job here, the little job there. Back to the kitchen sink and its old, wonky fixture. According to Sergio, “No problem.” While he was detaching the old fixture, his sidekick was out at the supply place picking up the new fixture. That fixture went in straightaway. We did not expect anything to actually get done. (Actually, we were surprised to see us scheduled into the queue.) In a remarkably brief period of time, we actually had one of our jobs fully completed! Felt like we were in an Alternate Universe, the one you grew up in, the one where things actually get done. So, will we have Aarons/Sergio back to do the shower fixture? The two bathrooms and their three fixtures? Ya, you betcha.

After careful testing, it was determined that there was a failure of a part in the boiler. Navian sent a replacement part, which was installed as soon as was possible. The system should be functioning to heat the house now.

Rama arrived (super guy) replaced the elbow joint culprit in no time flat. The expansion tank on our water heater had begun leaking so I called a couple of plumbers who couldn't come for at least a month. When I call Aaron's, he picked up the phone and said he'd come the next day. What a surprise! Rama was our point man and he had brought a new tank with him. We tested the pressure on the system at the faucet outside and realized our pressure was up too 100%, whereas the norm is 50 or 60. So we checked the pressure valve inside and it was obviously not working properly, so we replaced that. Aaron brought the parts right away. Then Rama noticed the blowout valve on the water tank was set up wrong and suggested re-routed it outside. Everything was done perfectly and Rama cleaned up as well. We definitely would call Aaron's Custom Plumbing again.

Aaron came and revamped our entire radiant floor heating, which was a complex system as it interfaces with both solar and propane heating, and had not been flushed and renewed for 20+ years. He also installed a water filtration system for our drinking water. He was careful, completely professional and thorough. Though his pricing seemed high at the time, we have blessed him many times since, as the quality of his work was unparalleled, and no other plumber had been able to touch it.
